Which manufacturer would you recommend buying rack servers from?

For example, if I say air planes, it's Airbus or Boeing; Processors: Intel (or AMD :-)); Cameras: Canon, Nikon.... and so on. The thing is, I want to know which company is well known over the years for its rack servers.
