Formatting External Hard Drive to FAT32. Please Help! ?

This is a limitation of Windows, even XP, the maximum size for formatting a volume being 32 Gb. You can get round this only by partitioning the drive into 3 volumes and formatting each separately. I use Paragon PartitionMagic for the job.
