Can you check out my CV and give me advice on how to improve it?

It seems ok to me, but watch your tenses when writing - you list things in 2 different tenses ie: "ensuring" then "carried out". Later you say "isted" followed by "ensuring".Stick to one tense and say ensuring and carrying out, isting and ensuring.
