Is it ok to have estranged husbands delapidated and worthless boat hauled out of my back yard?

It even has a tree growing out of it! We have been apart for 4 years but he pays the mortgage. I once tried to pack up his clothes and his family really jumped on me. There is also a camper in the same shape. I know it sounds like he may want to come back but I know he does not. The only reason we are not divorced is because we can't sell the house in this economy. My back yard looks like a junk yard. I have asked, begged and threatened.
