Training with an injury?
So knee and hip injuries and 2 (maybe 4?) knee surgeries?? Yea, that's definitely nuisance...probably more...especially with the ACL if you're doing sports where you're twisting the hell out of your knee (dancing/tumbling). The high impact on your feet won't help your hips either. So I guess you could say that constant impact/tearing on the areas that put stress on the ligaments that KEEP you from twisting and cusion impact will screw you up. Get it fixed and heal, then go play, otherwise you'll spend years with that "nagging" injury and possibly screw yourself up for a while....it's worth the wait/fix time, there's always next summer.
