Will there be a 3rd season of suzumiya haruhi?

I detest it when something i have become so engrossed in ends. I feel all sorts of depressed. That's how I felt when I finished Harry Potter, that's how I felt when I finished Lord of the Rings and that's pretty much how i'm feeling right now having finished the "Disappearance" movie and remaining unsure as to if a third seasons coming. Please enlighten me on the matter and tell me whether or not another ones in the works.
