It takes a while to get that flexible. I am a dance team coach and some of our girls can't even do that. You just need to start slow with stretching to get to a heal stretch (where your leg is up and your body is shaped like a y and you are holding your ankle) eventually and then work on that without hands. They sell things that help you stretch out on cheerleading websites, they look like big rubber bands, but they help with flexibility (especially scorpions, when your leg is behind your head)
