You gave a lot of description but there are millions of coins out there and a lot fit it. It would take to long to look through 4 huge catalogs of world coins for it. I allow email through Yahoo. if you email me I will give you an email address to send photos. That way I will be able to find it in an hour or so, not days or weeks. This is the best I can do.
