How do i just forget about the friendship that we once had?

I have the same problem and I just try no to think abt it but i end up think abt it. My friend broke up with me because he thaught I was making fun of his girlfriend and I kept calling him and txting him but he told me not to talk to him but I cnt hlp but thinking abt him.
