My bf has been n jail 4 tha last 11 mnths....?

they have no evidence, they identified tha wrong person, didnt pick him up n tha clothes they said he had on, D.A's dont sho up @ tymes, police officers dont sho up @ tymes (he didnt do it) he was on probation @ tha tyme of his arrest nxt month is another court date ,tha last 1 too c if he will go 2 trail or c if they drop tha case. i've been really stressed 4 tha last yr and since tha tyme is so close im more stressed too c wat tha outcome will b. i've been so sick!! r they just makin him serve a yr for probation violation? will he b takin 2 trail and get a sentence 2 life? omg plez help me out sooth my mind.....
