Is it just me? Or do other girls get stalked on a common basis?

I will be approached at least once a week by really creepy and random men. I'm 15 about to turn 16 and ever since I was about 12 I have had this happening to me. I thought it was only when my friend was there, but it happens even when she isn't there so it must be me. I seem to attract them, it's as if I have a sign on my forehead that says free jail bait. It's mostly older men, and they will come out of NOWHERE and start talking to me or do something really weird. For example, me and my cousin were walking and this old black man on a bike said "hey baby, you look tired. Hop on with me". Keep in mind that my town is really safe and bad things never really happen here. One time, I was walking home and this guy who i've never seen before came up to me and said hi and addressed me by my name. I was so shocked I just nervously smiled and said hi back. I don't wear revealing clothes AT ALL. My clothes are actually pretty conservative, I wear mostly vintage stuff.
