I have a little problem thats been bugging me?

okay so i have these friends that we will call john and kim....okay so john and kim are going out and kim just came to my school about a couple of months ago and one day at a high school football game john was giving me high fives and was like ily b/c i was wearing a FL gators tank top anyway ever since than i really like john but kim is my really good friend and they really like each other and i feel like **** about the fact that i like john (a lot) and i know i should get over it but i just cant so what should i do?
