Drinking game forfeits and nasty drinks.?

My favourite is the 'Cement mixer', a shot gl filled with baileys irish cream liqueur and a drop of lime juice, 'wash' it around your mouth for 30 secs and then swallow, it curdles and tastes like vomit! Any more ideas i can use?
