Cheapest flight from Los Angeles to Seoul in July?

I am planning on flying from 7/1 and returning to LA on 8/1. July is the peak time of traveling to Seoul and usually the most expensive. The cheapest ticket I can find right now is $1200. Should I wait? What price should I be targeting? I've used kayak, orbitz, expedia, vayama, etc.
